Catalog Description : This course explores the works, thought, and impact of two of the most profoundly important writers of the nineteenth century, Fyodor Dostoevsky and Lev Tolstoy. Possible topics include “ Crimes and Punishments, ” “History and Narrative, ” and “In the Writer’s Laboratory. ” Taught in English.
