Prerequisites/Notes: MUHI 202 Catalog Description : This course has as its principal focus the three great figures of the so-called “Second Viennese School”: Schoenberg, Berg, and Webern. It includes not only a detailed study of their lives and works but also consideration of the cultural milieu from which they emerged and which they in turn influenced profoundly.
