Prerequisites/Notes: Must be attending the Lawrence Londong Centre Catalog Description : This course concerns the analysis of music's personal and cultural meaning, and psychological factors responsible for the meaning we derive. London's many musical venues will enable students to apply psychological principles of music perception and the relation of cognitive expectations and experiences to listeners' experience of musical meaning and emotion.
