Students should expect to gain "real world" experience and professional connections as well as skills and insights they can apply directly to their creative projects in the classroom and beyond. Students will work on an individual basis with a faculty supervisor, internship site supervisor, and the Career Center to design, implement and evaluate their academic experience. The academic component of the internship includes readings related to the substance of the internship, discussions with the faculty supervisor, and a written report appropriate to the discipline.
