Catalog Description : Industrial organization is the study of how markets are structured and why it matters. The course begins with the standard applied microeconomic treatment of economic regulation (e.g., antitrust, natural monopoly, advertising restrictions) and then explores disequilibrating phenomena, including entrepreneurship and innovation. PREREQUISITES: ECON 300, ECON 380 recommended
