Prerequisites/Notes: MATH 150 and CHEM 370 (CHEM 470 preferred), or consent of instructor Catalog Description : A study of advanced physical chemistry topics that are not covered in CHEM 370, 470, and 476. Course will emphasize the physical theories that govern chemical phenomena. Topics may include spectroscopy, electrochemistry, computational chemistry, and polymer/materials chemistry. No formal laboratory, but lab exercises will occasionally substitute lectures. May be repeated for credit when topic is different. Attributes: 400-599 Advanced Course
