Prerequisites/Notes: Must be attending the Lawrence London Centre. Catalog Description : An introduction to the interdisciplinary field of the history of the book, focusing especially on London's role as a site of book production, distribution and consumption. We will work directly with manuscripts and rare books, studying the material history of books and writing techniques form early manuscripts to iPads. Offered at the London Centre.
