Catalog Description : An introduction to the theories, concepts and methods of economic anthropology, focusing on the relationship between socioeconomic lives and the social power structures. Explores how people engage with economic choices, decisions, and risk from an anthropological perspective. Topics include morality, rationality, value, exchange, debt, work, globalization, poverty and wealth, power.
