Catalog Description : This course explores a topic in American politics, comparative politics, international politics, political theory, or another government subfield which is not addressed by the Government Department's regular course offerings.

Topic for Spring 2017: Women, Health and Development This course focuses on the human security of women in developing countries. Special attention will be paid to the social and health problems of refugee women and female entrepreneurs.
