Catalog Description : An introduction to the geochemical processes at the Earth¿s surface. Emphasis is placed on how chemical processes such as thermodynamics, phase equilibria, and oxidation-reduction reactions shape the Earth surface and near-surface environments. PREREQUISITES: GEOL 110 and CHEM 115; concurrent enrollment in GEOL 245
