The acquisition and use of these protections will be discussed using brief legal analysis, case studies, and practical real life experience. The course will cover patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks, and would therefore be relevant to those interested in science, arts, engineering, publishing, entrepreneurship, or law.
