Prerequisites/Notes: CLAS 225 or three years of high school Greek. Catalog Description : In this course we will read excerpts from the Iliad and/or the Odyssey in Greek. Our discussion will be supplemented with additional readings in English translation and secondary scholarship. Meets concurrently with CLAS 422. Not open to students who have received credit for CLAS 455 or CLAS 422, or who need to receive credit for CLAS 422. PREREQUISITES: CLAS 225 or three years of high school Greek.
