Prerequisites/Notes: Sophomore standing Catalog Description : This course provides an opportunity for purposeful leadership development, connecting the liberal arts, performing arts, and athletics. Students will cultivate introspection and a growth mindset through study and practice of leadership, develop effective communication skills, and articulate a personal philosophy of leadership informed by relevant scholarship. Seminar course: guest speakers, discussion, reflective and analytical writing, and a term-length project focused on a real-world leadership challenge.
