Prerequisites/Notes: This course will meet 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM Catalog Description : This course is designed for first year students with global backgrounds to become familiar with higher education in the U.S. context. The course is designed to support students through their initial transition to college in the academic, co-curricular, and cultural contexts, as well as by engaging with campus-based resources. Scholarly readings from the fields of International Education and Intercultural Communication will allow students to apply relevant theory to their cross-cultural collegiate experience.
