Catalog Description : An introduction to life in the United States and to academic life at a US university for students with global backgrounds. Students will explore cultural values, attitudes, and patterns of behavior through formal study, observation, and interviews, and through the analysis of their everyday life at Lawrence. The class meets five times during the term (every other week). PREREQUISITES: Open only to students in the Waseda Visiting Student program
