Catalog Description : A survey of human biological variation and adaptation. Topics include the geographic distribution of human variation; evolutionary approaches to understanding human diversity; historic and modern concepts of race and ethnicity; human biological adaptations to disease, climate, poverty, and other stressors; and the genetics of simple and complex traits. PREREQUISITES: ANTH 140, BIOL 110, or consent of instructor
