Prerequisites/Notes: 400-level course in Spanish or consent of instructor Catalog Description : The course examines the relationships between law and literature. To do so, students will study a variety of literary texts with legal themes, as well as literary and legal theories. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze legal themes in literary texts. The course will be conducted as a seminar. Assessment will be based on participation, a presentation, examinations, and a final project.
