Catalog Description : Contact Improvisation is a partnering dance form that explores movement possibilities created when two or more individual bodies are touching and/or sharing weight, balance or support. The practice of Contact Improvisation encourages the development of self-responsibility, awareness, clear physical communication and a strong, versatile body.
