Catalog Description : An examination of reform, dissent, and protest in the United States as it passed through eras of economic transformation, social crises, technological revolution, and international confrontation. Emphasis on domestic history, including the legacies of Reconstruction, reforms of the Progressive-Great Depression eras, the Civil Rights Movement, the conservative backlash of the 1980s, ending with the War on Terror and January 6 Capitol Attack.
