Catalog Description : The act of purposefully slowing down and doing less has been proven to boost creativity, prevent burnout, and promote the ability to cope with stress. This participatory course, taught by members of the Lawrence community, helps students develop the skills to intentionally do nothing in order to promote deep thinking, an essential skill for learning in a liberal arts environment.
