Prerequisites/Notes: To register student must complete the Student Initiated Course Form with consultation of supervising instructor. Catalog Description : Advanced independent research, under the guidance of a faculty mentor or mentors, on a particular topic related to the environment. The student is required to produce a formal paper or equivalent (e.g., poster session, Web page, presentation at a professional meeting) as a tangible record of the work carried out.
