Prerequisites/Notes: PSYC 250 or PSYC 290 and sophomore standing, or consent of instructor Catalog Description : This course focuses on major approaches to psychotherapy with children and adolescents. Students will learn techniques for assessment and diagnosis and learn about empirically supported treatments for children and adolescents with mental disorders. A weekly lab will focus on developing clinical skills to work with children and families.
