Catalog Description : This introductory course builds on the linguistic competence students have in order to expand their language skills. It develops language registers in all language skills, with emphasis on reading and writing, in a dynamic cultural context centered on Latinxs in the US. This course is designed for students who were exposed to Spanish-speaking environments at an early age. PREREQUISITES: Spanish Language Placement Exam and/or Instructor Approval
