Prerequisites/Notes: GEOS 110, 125, or 150; or CHEM 212 Catalog Description : In this class we will cover the fundamental scientific knowledge about climate, and the long-term patterns and variation in climates over Earth’s history. Students will be able to evaluate and explain major climate drivers in the past, and how past and future human activities are altering climates at both local and global scales. PREREQUISITES: GEOS 110, 125, or 150; or CHEM 212 Attributes: Cross-Listed Course, GER Speaking Intensive, 200-399 Foundation/Gateway Crs
