Prerequisites/Notes: Sophomore standing Catalog Description : This course introduces methods for interacting and speaking confidently with co-workers and clients in for- profit and not-for-profit environments. Emphasizing effective performance skills, the class will offer practice, and assess each student's ability to lead team-building activities, encourage productive group discussion, and create and execute a "pitch". Students will demonstrate their ability to structure and present persuasive speaking for addressing boards, collaborators, and potential customers. PREREQUISITES: Sophomore standing Attributes: Cross-Listed Course, GER Speaking Intensive, 200-399 Foundation/Gateway Crs
