Prerequisites/Notes: BUEN 220 Catalog Description : The objective of this course is to familiarize the students with the basic tools necessary to understand investment in corporate securities, especially in common stocks. The course will introduce and develop concepts of valuation based on the discounted cash flow approach and the comparable market multiples approach to valuation, all in the larger context of the financial markets.
