Prerequisites/Notes: PSYC 100, BUEN 100 or instructor approval Catalog Description : This course enables students to examine the needs driving organizational development and change management interventions in various contexts. Students explore the history, research, and theoretical models of systems and change, as well as trends, ethical considerations, and best practices. A focus is placed on the integration of assessment methodology, strategic planning, and program deployment that facilitate organizational change, resulting in agility, effectiveness, and sustainable processes.
