Catalog Description : This course explores climate change from a justice-centered framework. In this course, students will not only read about climate justice from an academic perspective, but also learn from experts in the field working both in the academic world as well as practitioners working in policy, adaptation, and mitigation. Additionally, students will learn about justice-centered solutions, while having the opportunity to effectuate change through final projects.
